Jane App: Essential Osteopathy's new and shiny online booking system
I’m really excited to let you know that I’ve just moved to a new online booking system called Jane App. A lot of work has gone into setting it up and it’s a big change so I’m a bit nervous but I know you’re going to love it. I’ve tested it but I’d really appreciate your opinion and/or feedback so the niggles can be ironed out and I can get it working optimally for you.

A few points worth noting:
- Your email and contact details and any outstanding appointments will have been transferred over from the old system so reminders will be sent as before (see below re changed reminder timings)
- All online bookings will be pre-paid in advance and your card details will be kept safely via the reputable card payment system Stripe (Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards and American Express cards accepted). No cash payments accepted from now on.
- Current patient payment - if you haven't booked online or set up your Jane App account and added your card details before coming in, you will give them to me at the end of treatment, payment will be taken and your card details will be kept on file for future treatments. If you book another treatment with me in person or via the phone/email, I will then simply click on a button to take payment once the treatment is completed.
- Reminders will now be sent as follows: an email 48 hours, a text 36 hours and another text 6 hours prior to your treatment. Please check the email and texts carefully. Cancellation fees will apply for cancellation within 24 hours of treatment so, if you need to, do amend or cancel your treatment via your account before this time.
- You will be required to complete a Covid Screening form before each treatment (a separate email will be sent 12 hours prior) so that everyone is kept safe. Thanks for your cooperation.
- There are lots of other fabulous features which will help you. For example, you can add yourself to a wait list if you can’t find a suitable treatment time, you can add family members to your account so you can book (and more) on their behalf and I can email you receipts on request quickly and easily.
