Payment
Payment is taken by contactless card only. Card details are entered securely online when you book your first appointment or if your card has expired. Payments are processed securely using Stripe and are taken after the appointment has been completed or in line with the cancellation policy. Cash is not accepted.
If you are claiming through private health insurance, payment is required at the end of each appointment. Reimbursement is arranged directly between you and your insurer.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in the clinic day that could otherwise have been offered to another patient.
For this reason, 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or change. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will incur a cancellation fee.
